“Sönd Willkomm” (Swiss for Welcome to) our Bed & Breakfast Rätia. The rooms including breakfast are located in a former guesthouse. It hasn’t been used for years and now the first floor is used again for its real purpose.
There are two light flooded and lovely furnished rooms which can be locked. The bathroom with an additional toilet on an entresol is used by a maximum of 4 guests.
From the spacious patio on the first floor you have an exceptional view on Lake Constance.
A refrigerator, coffee machine and water cooker can be found in the breakfast room on the first floor. A delicious self-service breakfast will be freshly prepared every morning.
Zimmer Guggenbühl
“Eichenbüchel” is a 10sqm room with an 140x200cm bed for a maximum of two people. The room “Guggenbühl” has 16sqm and a 140x200cm bed for 1-2 people.
There is the possibility of using the laundry machine in the basement. A parking is right in front of the building. Bikes can be stored in the basement.

Room “Eichenbüchel”: 40 CHF for 1 person including breakfast; 70 CHF for 2 persons including breakfast
Room “Guggenbühl”: 50 CHF for 1 person including breakfast; 80 CHF for 2 persons including breakfast
Without breakfast: -10 CHF
Final cleaning: 10 CHF
Booking conditions
After receiving the booking confirmation, guests must pay a deposit of 20% of the total price within 10 days. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit can be transferred on our bank account or paid via PayPal.
The full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of your payment will be refunded. With later cancellations the deposit will be kept.
