Holiday apartment with view on Lake Constance

We welcome you in our recently renovated and fully furnished apartment on the second floor. The apartment has two bedrooms, a sunny living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony with amazing views on Lake Constance. The holiday apartment “Rätia” has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stove and a dishwasher. Basic cooking ingredients such as herbs, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil are included.

The rooms are furnished and decorated with love and have lots of storage room. The living room includes a tv and several board games for all ages. Towels, sheets, Wi-Fi and parking are also included. You can find several information books about activities and the Appenzellerland in the entrance area.

The apartment is in a town called Wolfhalden. The well-known attraction “Witzwanderweg (joke hiking trail)” starts right in front of the door and Wolfhalden is also a good starting point for other adventures and hikes in the Alpstein. The bus stop is in 5mins walking distance. A small supermarket, a post office, an atm and a bakery are right in town. In the neighboring town Heiden the two bigger supermarkets Coop and Migros can be found. There is also an outdoor swimming pool in summer, a cross-country ski trail and a ski lift in winter as well as a mineral water spa. The highway in Rheineck can be reached in 10mins.

Starting from the 1st of July 2021, you have the possibility to purchase the Oskar card for 5 CHF per day for the first three days (minimum duration) instead of the regular 15 CHF per day. You can extend the Oskar card up to 8 days for 10 CHF per day. Children from 6-16 years pay the half price. You benefit from 84 amazing holiday activities in the whole Eastern Switzerland: gondolas, the rope course, wellness centres, boat trips, museums, minigolf and other attractions are just waiting for you. All free. Even public transport in the Ostwind network is included. You can find more information about the Oskar car here.

Prices

all prices are per night

high season (June-September) 120 CHF for 2 persons, every other person 30 CHF

low season (October-May) 110 CHF for 2 persons, every other person 30 CHF

You receive 10% reduction if you stay 7 nights or more.

Final cleaning: 100 CHF

Deposit: 100 CHF

Booking conditions

After receiving the booking confirmation, guests must pay a deposit of 20% of the total price within 10 days. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit can be transferred on our bank account or paid via PayPal.

The full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of your payment will be refunded. With later cancellations the deposit will be kept.

There is also an additional claim fee in the event of damage of 100 CHF. It will be fully refunded after your damage-free stay or in case of cancellation.
