Holiday apartment with view on Lake Constance

We warmly welcome you to our renovated, fully equipped Holiday Apartment Rätia on the second floor. The apartment features two bedrooms, a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony with a spectacular view over a large part of Lake Constance.

The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher, and all essential basics such as spices, sugar, vinegar, and oil.

The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer plenty of storage space and shelves.

In the living room, you will find a television as well as games for both adults and children. Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

A parking space with a power connection for electric vehicles (no fast charging) is available; electricity usage is charged separately when used.

In the entrance area, you will find brochures and reading material about activities in and around the Appenzell region.

The holiday apartment is located in the center of the village of Wolfhalden, directly on the well-known “Witzweg” trail—an ideal starting point for hikes and tours right from the doorstep or in the nearby Alpstein mountains.

The Wolfhalden, Dorf bus stop can be reached in just a 5-minute walk.

Within the village, you will find a small grocery store with a post office and ATM, as well as a bakery, all within easy walking distance.

In the neighboring village of Heiden, you will find Coop and Migros supermarkets, an outdoor swimming pool in summer, cross-country ski trails and a ski lift in winter, as well as a mineral spa. The Rheineck motorway access is only 10 minutes away.

Prices

all prices are per night

high season (June-September) 120 CHF for 2 persons, every other person 30 CHF

low season (October-May) 110 CHF for 2 persons, every other person 30 CHF

You receive 10% reduction if you stay 7 nights or more.

Final cleaning: 100 CHF

Deposit: 100 CHF

Booking conditions

After receiving the booking confirmation, guests must pay a deposit of 20% of the total price within 10 days. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit can be transferred on our bank account or paid via PayPal.

The full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of your payment will be refunded. With later cancellations the deposit will be kept.

There is also an additional claim fee in the event of damage of 100 CHF. It will be fully refunded after your damage-free stay or in case of cancellation.
